Designing and running a professional kitchen is an art form.

In a high-pressure environment with lots of moving pieces that need to work together to produce results consistently, every element needs to be suitably configured to the operation.

Equipment is no exception. At True, we believe that kitchen equipment needs to work for the operator, not the operator working around the equipment.

Our latest solution is a new, energy leading, counter refrigeration product series which can be highly configured to suit the requirements and restrictions of the modern professional kitchen.

Featuring industry standard dimensions combined with customisable elements, the TCR/F range offers over 550 options, with the intent of matching your exact specification. To make the process more straightforward, we have introduced a simple new online configurator, available now on our website.

This new tool gives operators the opportunity to benefit from a unique level of flexibility, with units that also boast:

  • 1/1 GN compatibility
  • 900mm standard height
  • 840mm height option (to fit under counter fabrication)
  • 700mm depth
  • Front breathing operation, for “built-in” application
  • Available with banks of 3 drawers

Working with chefs, operators and designers across the industry, we have collaborated to produce a solution that not only exceeds current energy efficiency and refrigeration standards but is also highly configurable, to fit any operation or application.

Flexible options to match your space, style and cuisine

Based on understanding

Scott Jones, Sales and Key Account Director for the UK & Ireland said;

‘The team at True appreciate kitchen space is becoming more and more compact. With space at such a premium, it is important that equipment provides a solution rather than a complication to have to work around. The ability to configure units specifically to operations, without restriction, is a massive plus for our clients.’

‘These new counters are also the most energy efficient currently on the market, and we find our focus increasingly is working with operators who have sustainability and energy management targets to reduce wastage across their sites. We help them understand the whole life cost of their commercial refrigeration equipment, and demonstrate how, by switching to the latest, most efficient equipment available, energy consumption can be significantly reduced.’

‘It’s a really exciting development for us and gives consultants and our distribution partners the opportunity to configure units to suit the needs of clients. They can save the specification and source a piece of equipment that’s unique to their customer’s operation, offering them the perfect solution.’

Design a solution that fits

The online configurator allows users to quickly and easily build a product online, see a rendering of what it will look like, access full dimensions, the energy label, and request a quote.

Each of the sections are individually configurable with doors or drawers, including additional options for the counter top, and whether the refrigeration system is situated left or right.

As with all True products, TCR/F counters further benefit from a leading 5 year full parts & labour warranty.

Designed to perform. Built to last.

Commercial kitchens are stressful enough, without also having to worry about the longevity and reliability of your vital refrigeration systems. This makes it essential to choose cooling solutions that are built to stand the test of time—and not simply be replaced in the short to medium term.
